For the bathroom it can be attached to the wall behind the toilet, allowing the flexible probe to extend to the floor where a puddle would normally form. If and when the sensor comes in contact with water on the floor the Flood Alarm emits a loud, high pitch tone. It is portable, operates on 9 volt batteries and has a low battery warning.
